Behind every bottle of wine we offer there are plenty of stories of sorrow and glory… fear of the summer rains, long hours of hand-harvest below the sunshine, and joy when the wine ends its fermentation and we see that our goals are achieved. We see our wine is born as a beloved child, and conduct it throughout its life until reaching our customer’s table.

We privilege the manual harvest above mechanical: thus, we can ensure our grape will arrive the cellars without damages to be transformed into wine. Then we use the best available supplies to ferment and obtain fruity wines, with intense colours and elegant aromatic notes according to each variety and each terroir.
